A 211 Kick It California Collaborative Conference, funded by CTCP, was held on February 1 and 2, 2023. 211 Call Center directors, Kick It California, and CTCP experts collaborated in a forum to celebrate the innovative partnership and success, share best-practices for project assessment and inspired new ideas for the future to sustain collaboration efforts.
